With a Remote Virtual Security system, you will have a proactive automatic video verification rather than just an alarm activation. Your typical alarm system has an audible alarm that will sound and a basic alarm company will contact you to see if you need help, if there is no answer they will dispatch the police, and without a visual verification of a break in, your alarm drops to the bottom of response (level 5 or Standard Alarm) from the police.
However, with CIVEIL’s Remote Virtual Security protection, when a sensor is activated, a video camera will send a 10 second image or streaming video to our 24-hour dispatch center. Once video verification has taken place, we will contact law enfocement.  Since there is a verification of intrusion, the police in most cases will dispatch as "Crime in Progress" level 2 call.  Further, we will also dispatch one of our own armed patrolmen to respond to the scene. This will eliminate the costly false alarms you could possibly have from the police having to check on alarms that may or may not have any intrusion.
